Sunday, July 22nd, 2007

After saw Secrets I can’t tell trailer by Jay Chou, remind my school time.cool.almost 10 years graduated fm LSSLKK. time flies very fast, some of schoolmate run all over the world. but no matter how far we r,still can keep in touch by Hi-tech eqt…

In 4 seasons in HK,I like autumn the most, although bleeding during dry weather,i hate winter & spring, cos always fall sick and too humid.

I was super very fat during school time, everybody call me "Fat Chim",wow i dun blame them,as i really fatso, the highest weight is 72kg,amazing,my mum pamper me by eating rice during breakfast, lack of exercise,as too lazy, esp summer,we need to run under the sun,so hot man!

i oni like winter when i can blow some hot air to hands, cool, such like a fairy tale, smokey on my hands :-) how silly le!!

spring time too humid, make my clothes so many "fai mo",so annoying.

summer is so hot.

Good Manner on Singaporean?

Friday, July 20th, 2007

I happen to encounter 2 incident during took public,1 is MRT,another is bus. reflect how human being change.

First situation happen on 6th July, one fine day on friday, i was going to shop with fren fm ofc to Bugis, i understand CIty Hall is the busiest station.similar Casueway Bay,Mongkok,Central,Tsim Sha Tsui….

when we entered to train,2 gals stand on piler, and occupy some spare space enough for 2 person standing, train r already crowded and most of ppl try to squeeze in as much as they can fm my back,so that they can proceed to other destination promptly.as i do as normal,"Ëxcuse me".1 of the burger answer me rudely, and hint me to tell the back ppl not to squeeze me. well b’cos train is really crowded,i cannot afford to record the burger said.otherwise i can share in here and even newspaper.

I doubt is the courtesy campaign workable to public? as it started since 1979 till 2000,so far,i can find some info fm http://www.mica.gov.sg/skm/c_history.htm which is official website by gov’t,and i sure the burger definite is elder than me,and suppose practice this programme when her young age. objective under 1979-1980 as

1) Target: Public, Government and Service

2) Slogan: Courtesy is our way of life. Make courtesy our way of life

3) "We want to be courteous because life will be better for all. Courtesy is part of all cultivated societies.
…Our better material life challenges us to a better quality of human relationships."
— Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew during the 1979 campaign launch.

My question is very simple, when there is spare space, why cannot squeeze some for others? why still "Sing songs"when u not give way for ppl. since so classy, why dun take a cab? why critise when u also do this.

futhermore, she can ask her fren whether is it crowded during tis period,it mean she not take it frequently.

Second situation 20th July in the bus, when i took bus with my fren, happen to have 2 seats together, when we sit there,a mother with her daughter(primary school student) wanna to seat, but of cos we seen it first and yet.mother put all blame to her daughter, when she cannot get our seats, well she keep on gramble mumble few stops during the journey. Daughter can say,why everytime problem, put all blame to her regardless gd or bd.

strange behaviour nowaday,i juv curious if i m an European, how dare to do on a European tourist, well i dun think i will get the above cases happen already.

All along i admit Hong Kong People is impolite perosn, especially on buying thing and dining in restaurant.but now i think on it,Singaporean is get worse,i quote a simple example,Do u call all your senior to eat b4 start the meal? Granny,Grandpa,Dad,Mom,Sister…..Let’s eat. but i think it never practice anymore, and on 2nd case,i realise youngster, their manner getting worse.and why her mother can put all blame to her,in fact, even she fed up on not getting their favourite seats, she can explain or counsell to her daughter althernatively-"Never mind,so long we have seats"

2 basic thing we can practice it b4 we forgot

1) Please be more undertanding person when they already said"Excuse me"

2) Call all people name to Let’s eat" such call-Dad eat,Mum eat…….

3) Call all people when u enter HOUSE.

disappointed what their inconsiderate and no manner situation.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007)

As his fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry approaches, 15-year-old Harry Potter is in full-blown adolescence, complete with regular outbursts of rage, a nearly debilitating crush, and the blooming of a powerful sense of rebellion. It’s been yet another infuriating and boring summer with the despicable Dursleys, this time with minimal contact from our hero’s non-Muggle friends from school. Harry is feeling especially edgy at the lack of news from the magic world, wondering when the freshly revived evil Lord Voldemort will strike. Returning to Hogwarts will be a relief–or will it?

Yahoo viewer review:

The movie really disappointed me. They left out stuff that should not have been left out, granted the book is 900 pages long and you can’t turn a 900 page book into a movie and expect every last detail in the book. But I believe that none of the people who were working on the movie, as in directing it, and writing it, read the 6th Harry Potter book, which should have been done. They would have known what to leave out and what should not have been left out and what they should NOT have changed. They added scenes into the movie, which…were not even part of the book. It was utterly disappointing.
Secondly, the scenes they added, and they took out. It’s ridiculous.

A scene that should not have been left out was when Hermione convinced Rita Skeeter to go to the Three Broom Sticks, and interview Harry about what happened in his fourth year. It would have had more of an emotional point to the movie. I think that is what my problem is with this movie. It was choppy. It only touched on what the writers thought were the “important” aspects of the movie. And the characters did not really have any lines. They barley talked in this movie. The longest monologue that was in it was when Umbridge was talking to the students when they were at the feast. The fifth book was my favorite out of the series; it was the best in my eyes, because of the emotional side. Harry, Ron and Hermione have grown into themselves. They all have more emotions and they have changed. Harry is angered all the time and when he is screaming, yelling, thrashing stuff and breaking possessions of Dumbledoor’s the movie only had him get quiet and sullen which makes no sense. And left a VERY good feel of what the character was going through. He had just lost the closest thing to a relative they could have easily made him more mad.

The one scene, however that I found was really good and really good acting was when Harry was being possessed by Voldermort, in the Ministry. Daniel did a very good job with the acting. I felt that he was being possessed and that he was trying to control the boy. There were some really funny parts to this movie, it wasn’t all bad. Some of the scenes that they had added in were fairly creative and well thought. But after watching the Goblet of Fire, I suppose it could have been managed. The Goblet of Fire was only less the 700 pages and they fit almost everything into the movie. I and I know a lot of other fans didn’t expect the movie to be the shortest one out of them all even though it is the longest book. The movie was a 138 minutes, it is 20 minutes shorter then the Goblet of Fire, and even the Sorcerers Stone. It’s an entire half and hour shorter then the Chamber of Secrets! It’s not as if they didn’t have enough money either. The Goblet of Fire ranged somewhere around 3.5 Billion dollars. They could have easily made it to be the longest one out of the 4 they have made so far. I don’t think the movie fit with the book in the least. They left out scenes and parts of the book that is going to play a roll into the 7th book coming out in a week. I feel sympathy for all of those who do not read the books, and do not get to understand what a genius J.K Rowling really is. How her books explain more then the movies will ever do.

My Review

The above reviewer oni rate the movie @ F in overall,Story+Acting r C or C+.well my pt of view is C too, although I m not Potter’s fren,as everytime watch at least few times to disgust the story.and tis movie is more clear pic what on the story abt,but like normal action movie.

Show was quite long-2 Hrs and 10 mins. and i dare not to drink thru out the show. Visual not excellent as Lord of the Ring,SpiderMan series.
